Bermain Aktif untuk Menumbuhkan Daya Resiliensi: Kekuatan Gerak dalam Perkembangan Sosial dan Emosional Anak Usia Dini
Abstract
Penguatan resiliensi anak usia dini menjadi urgensi penting di tengah meningkatnya tantangan sosial-emosional dan kecenderungan aktivitas sedentari. Data awal menunjukkan masih adanya variasi tingkat resiliensi anak meskipun terlibat dalam aktivitas bermain di satuan PAUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi bermain aktif terstruktur terhadap pengembangan resiliensi anak usia dini. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif-korelasional dengan pendekatan mixed-methods. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 anak usia 4–6 tahun di satuan PAUD Kota Jambi, dengan objek penelitian berupa keterlibatan bermain aktif dan resiliensi anak. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar observasi bermain aktif dan penilaian resiliensi guru berdasarkan tiga dimensi initiative, self-regulation, dan attachment yang diadaptasi dari DECA-P2. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlibatan tinggi dalam bermain aktif berkorelasi dengan peningkatan initiative dan self-regulation, namun sebagian anak masih menunjukkan skor attachment rendah. Penelitian merekomendasikan integrasi bermain aktif terstruktur dengan pendampingan reflektif emosional dalam pembelajaran PAUD.
