By this Alur Merdeka Program, it is hoped that it will be an escalation/improvement of scientific literacy in natural science practicum courses for PGSD FKIP UMSU students. The evaluation method for the Merdeka flow program in scientific literacy escalation and the evaluation results of the implementation of the Merdeka flow evaluation program in scientific literacy escalation in the Science practicum course at PGSD FKIP UMSU in terms of context, input, process, and product. The results of this study are that at the content evaluation stage an analysis of the needs of students, lecturers and learning outcomes is carried out. In the input evaluation step, the validation stage was carried out which resulted in 96.7% of the material being declared valid, 89.3% of the design being declared valid, and 84% of the language being declared valid in the development of learning tools. In the process evaluation step it was stated that in the application of the independent groove there was a change in each of the students' scientific literacy indicators in using the independent groove. students' scientific literacy in channel 1 has increased compared to pre-stream. Where in explaining the phenomenon there is an increase from an average of 75.4 to 89.23. The indicators evaluating and designing scientific investigations increased from 78.6 to 90 and the indicators interpreting data increased from an average of 75 to 91. However, the number of E-Learning classes on the E-Learning page of Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara Medan is not directly proportional to the number of lecturers and courses, including Arabic language courses in the Arabic Language Education study programme at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Keguruan Sciences. The purpose of this study is to describe the policy of using E-Learning and its implementation in learning Arabic sciences in the Arabic Language Education study programme at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra Medan. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive method. Data was collected using literature study, documentation, and observation. The research data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely: Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. Data reduction is selecting e-learning policy documents and course classes available at UIN SU Medan e-learning based on Arabic language sciences courses, so that very important, less important, and unimportant data are clustered. The data is presented in the findings and discussion related to the e-learning policy and its implementation on the UIN SU Medan e-learning page. Conclusions are drawn inductively related to the completeness of e-learning policy documents and the availability of e-learning classes in Arabic language sciences courses on the UIN SU Medan e-learning page. The results of the study show that: (1). There is a policy on the use of E-Learning at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra Medan, in the form of Rector's Decree, Rector's Circular Letter and Guidebook (2). The policy has been implemented by a number of lecturers of Arabic Language Education Study Programme, it is proven that there are a number of E-Learning classes in Arabic language courses on the UIN SU Medan E-Learning page, although the quantity is still very low, only reaching 40%. The research was conducted at SMP Tarbiyah Islamiyah in Hamparan Perak. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Primary data sources are Islamic Education teachers and Mid-term tests for Islamic Education subjects, while secondary data sources are from literature studies and previous studies. Data collection instruments are documentation and interviews. The research findings indicated that the analysis of the quality of the items on the reliability aspect shows a reliability coefficient of 0.959 in the reliable category. Distractor analysis showed a functioning distractor at 25 questions or 71.43% and a malfunctioning distractor at 10 questions or 28.57% and analysis of the quality of the items according to Bloom's taxonomy in the cognitive domain. From the identification of the problem, the formulation of the problem can be drawn, namely: 1) Does competence partially affect the performance of Raudhatul Athfal's teachers in Simalungun Regency?; 2) Does emotional intelligence partially affect the performance of teacher Raudhatul Athfal in Simalungun Regency; 3) Does competence and emotional intelligence simultaneously affect the performance of Raudhatul Athfal's teachers in Simalungun Regency? This research is quantitative with the help of the SPSS application. The method used in this study is a survey method with correlational analysis techniques. This study aims to analyze, test, and determine the effect of competency and emotional intelligence variables, partially and simultaneously on the performance of Raudhatul Athfal's teachers in Simalungun Regency. The results of the study show that competence has a partial effect on teacher performance. It can be seen from multiple linear regression analysis through the t-test that the competence variable has a Tcount of 4.893 while Ttable is 1.694 (Tcount 4.893 > Ttable 1.694) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence between competence on teacher performance. There is a partial influence between Emotional Intelligence with a Tcount of 2.566 while Ttable is 1.694 (Tcount 2.566 > Ttable 1.665) with a significant level of 0.015 <0.05, meaning that there is a positive influence between Emotional Intelligence on teacher performance. There is a positive and simultaneous influence of Competency and Emotional Intelligence variables on Raudhatul Athfal's Teacher Performance in Simalungun Regency. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, melibatkan penghimpunan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ialah memahami berbagai metode halaqah di MA Al-Mukmin serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al-Qur'an. Untuk mengatasi masalah hal itu dilibatkan metode pemecahan yang melibatkan peningkatan kualifikasi ustadzah dan memberikan pembinaan insentif bagi santri yang mengalami kesulitan. This study used bibliometric analysis techniques to explore all publications indexed in the Scopus database on Critical Thinking of Islamic Education from 1994 to 2023. The data obtained were analyzed using Excel and R/R-Studio. VOSviewer is used to perform visual analysis of keyword occurrence and document citations in a stimulating manner. Researchers found 3,702 publications that fit the function, subject, and criteria set. The results of this study show an annual growth rate. The papers are analyzed in terms of publications by field of science, the number of studies published annually. The bibliometric analysis performed was limited to Scopus data. Other national and international databases were not taken into account in the study. The limitation of this study is only taking data sets or meta data in publications indexed by Scopus.
